Keep working when AI replies are unavailable
When you have learning access and the page reports that AI replies are unavailable, keep your draft, use the materials and check availability without sending it.
Read the availability message
AI replies are currently unavailable means the tutor service cannot accept a reply request at present. The page keeps Send unavailable and shows that your reply balance is unchanged. Follow this message separately from any access or reply-balance notice.
Continue with your draft and materials
If the learning context is ready and the editor is available, continue writing your reasoning. Choose Open course materials to read what is available for the topic. Review the draft before sending when the service returns.
Check without submitting
Choose Check AI availability. This checks the current service state without sending your draft or requesting an AI reply. If it reports that you can try sending, decide when to send yourself; the check does not send automatically. If availability cannot be checked, your draft is retained.
Check an interrupted reply before retrying
If the interruption happened after you sent a question, return to its original project and topic. In the reply recovery notice, choose Check saved result to check whether the reply was saved. Follow the displayed status before retrying that question. An unfinished fragment is not a verified result.
