Recover the right learning account

If an account or course changes while your learning page loads, confirm the original account in the same page before resuming your work.

Keep the recovery page open

When Confirm your learning account appears, the learning view is cleared while the account is checked. Your retained draft belongs to its original account and learning context. Keep this page open so that text held only in the page can still be recovered.

Recheck the original account

Choose Recheck account. It checks whether the current sign-in matches the account that opened this learning page and reloads that context when it matches. This action does not submit your draft.

Sign in within the page if needed

If the page asks for the original account, choose Sign in in the recovery panel and sign in to that account. The sign-in dialogue lets you recover the same learning page. Once it opens, check the topic, Current project when shown, and recovered text before sending.

Keep a copy when browser storage fails

If browser storage is unavailable, unsaved writing may exist only in this open page. After recovering the original account, copy any writing you need to keep somewhere you control before closing or refreshing. Do not rely on a new tab or a different browser to contain the same draft.
