Learning and formal assessment
Formal assessment and human review are separate from membership. They require published assessment arrangements and qualified reviewers. A membership purchase, an AI response or a completed lesson does not award a grade or certificate.
Manage renewal and refunds
Review the total and renewal terms before paying. Cancel renewal through your billing portal; access continues until the confirmed end date. Request a refund through Support for a human review.
