These terms describe AXIOVUM public resources, account learning, membership, the non-cash Market and any course assessment separately released to an invited candidate.

Who operates AXIOVUM
Harry Shen operates AXIOVUM from mainland China. For service questions or complaints, contact contact@axiovum.com.
What the service provides
You can read the public AX26 course text and use available learning tools. Eligible verified accounts receive 100 Tutor replies over 30 days from their first request. Plus receives 100 and Clarus 500 replies in each seven-day window, subject to the entitlement snapshot for that billing period. AI responses can be wrong; verify important reasoning against the course material.
Course-learning participation, membership, Market credits, Achievement and formal results are separate facts. AXIOVUM credentials are not degrees, university credit, professional accreditation or external endorsement. Formal assessment is not proctored and the service does not claim to monitor other applications or prevent external AI.
Accounts, questions and your information
Where account features are available, keep your sign-in details private. Do not include passwords, verification codes or payment-card details in support messages.
You can contact us by email without an account. Where sign-in is available, the Support page keeps private text requests and replies. It is not live chat and has no guaranteed response time. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information and privacy requests.
If you purchase through Paddle
For a Paddle purchase, Paddle is the reseller and AXIOVUM provides the product. The transaction terms and Paddle Buyer Terms apply alongside these service terms. A subscription renews until cancelled. Review the price, billing period and renewal terms before purchasing.
