Before recording
The interface identifies the assessment, questions, purpose, maximum duration, who may review it, retention basis and available alternative or appeal. Microphone permission is requested only after this notice.
Use and access
The recording is used to review the stated evidence concern and any appeal. It is not biometric identity verification or proctoring, and the system does not claim to monitor other applications. Access is limited to authorised account holders and reviewers and is checked again while audio is delivered.
Retention, faults and appeal
An interruption or microphone fault is recorded and requires human review before resume or replacement. Recording retention follows the notified assessment and appeal window and any documented hold. You may challenge the oral-verification decision and request access or deletion subject to a live appeal, dispute or legal obligation.
